We have yet another festival to look forward to at Epcot!
On Dec. 14, the Disney Parks Blog announced that the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will return on March 2, 2022.
The festival will run for a total of 125 days, meaning it will come to an end on July 4, 2022.
Of course, the festival will see the return of the gorgeous topiaries, including a brand new one at the main entrance of the park in honor of the 50th anniversary.
This special topiary will feature Goofy and a 50th birthday cake! You can also expect many other topiaries, like Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs in the Germany pavilion and Lumiere and Cogsworth in the France pavilion.
Better yet, the Garden Rocks Concert Series at the America Gardens Theatre will also be part of the 2022 festival! Stay tuned for a schedule of musicians who will be performing. Per the Disney Parks Blog, this list “will be released soon.”
There will also be 18 Outdoor Kitchens, along with the Health Full Trail presented by AdventHealth along the Imagination Walkway.
Regarding the latter, this is “a whimsical area made to inspire youthful energy and creativity.” You can learn different ways to stay healthy at this Outdoor Kitchen.
You’ll also be able to shop exclusive festival merchandise and choose from apparel, drinkware, accessories, and more.
The Garden Graze is also returning, in which you can collect 5 stamps in your Festival Passport for each specially notated menu item you purchase.
After you’ve collected each stamp (you can complete this at your leisure), bring your Festival Passport to Pineapple Promenade for a bonus, Festival-exclusive prize.
Finally, we also know that Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration is once again part of Flower & Garden.
You can purchase this fun scavenger hunt for $9.99 (plus tax) at select merchandise locations. You’ll work your way around the World Showcase hunting for Spike the Bee and then adding the corresponding sticker to your map.
Once the map is finished, return it to Disney Traders or World Traveler for a special prize!
