All Walt Disney World Resort hotels will be open by the end of 2021!
On July 7, Disney finally announced reopening dates for Disney’s All-Star Music, Disney’s All-Star Sports, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — Riverside, and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — French Quarter.
The reopening dates are as follows:
- All-Star Music: Sept. 16
- Riverside: Oct. 14
- French Quarter: Oct. 28
- All-Star Sports: Dec. 9
You can start booking reservations for all of these resorts starting Thursday, July 8.
Most of the Disney World Resort hotels are currently open, but we’re still waiting for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Animal Kingdom Villas — Jambo House to reopen on Aug. 26.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, which has been closed for a lengthy refurbishment, is also set to reopen on July 19 with brand new Moana guest rooms (below).
There’s certainly a lot to look forward to at Disney World, including the upcoming 50th anniversary celebration.

Thanks for this update! Do you know when resorts will release capacity for their larger rooms? Currently I only see standard rooms (Pax 4) and we are looking for suites.
