The Hanami outdoor kitchen can be found in the Japan pavilion.
It offers a range of Japanese-inspired dishes and cocktails. Yes, this includes sake. Spoiler: we enjoyed the Ozeki Pineapple Nigori Sake.
One of the most popular items at this booth is the “Frushi,” which is Strawberry, Pineapple, and Cantaloupe wrapped in Sweet Rice and Pink Soy Wrap served with Whipped Cream, Drizzled Berry Sauce, and Toasted Coconut.
For us? The Fruishi not that great. Does it make a great photo for social media? You bet. But, we don’t recommend wasting your money on the dish.

Heather: Over hyped. I don’t like it.
Felicia: This tastes the way Lip Smackers chapstick smells. Not good. Can’t get the taste and texture of chapstick out of my mouth.
Allyson: Not sure I understand all the craze about this. Not my favorite.

Heather: Fantastic flavor. Small portion, though. But yum!
Felicia: Really enjoyed this as well. The beef is rather rare which I like. The shiso sauce was almost sweet but also vinegary. All of this paired well.

Shannon: Light but boring.
Heather: Refreshing. Definitely “just” a seltzer. But pretty good!
Felicia: This is interesting and I liked it. It’s not bitter like most seltzers and the yuzu is a fun, tart and not too sweet flavor.
Allyson: Not the kind of hard seltzer I was expecting. Not a fan.

Shannon: Expected it to be light and refreshing but it was yuck and disgusting.
Heather: To be fair, I don’t like cucumbers so maybe that’s skewing my 1 star review.
Felicia: Was really looking forward to this and hoped it would be light and refreshing. Unfortunately, it’s just super sweet. The cucumber flavor is strong.
Allyson: I love cucumbers, but I don’t like this. Has a weird flavor.
