As you enter the World Showcase and walk towards the Canada pavilion, you may want to make a stop at the Northern Bloom outdoor kitchen.
Here you’ll find a range of beer and other Canadian-inspired fare.
This is one of our favorite booths, especially thanks to both savory options (the shrimp and the beef) and all of the beers (definitely get the beer flight).
Since this is near the entrance of the World Showcase, this area and booth can get very busy.
Sometimes the line at Northern Bloom is quite long, so definitely take that into account.

Our Thoughts
Shannon: Great mix of ingredients, flavors, and nice sized portion. Loved it.
Felicia: Scallops are large and cooked well. The vinaigrette gives everything a nice flavor. The green beans are firm and maybe slightly undercooked but was good.

Shannon: Tender beef, delicious gravy, creamy mashed potatoes.
Heather: Generous portion, and good beef flavor. Plus, it has mashed potatoes so it got bonus points for that.
Felicia: If the beef was more tender I would have probably given this a 5. The flavor is delicious. The sauce is rich and potatoes are perfect. But the beef is very chewy.

Shannon: Yummm. Great mix of flavors and textures. Just have to act quick as the gelato will melt in the Florida sun.
Heather: Not my favorite dessert that we’ve tried, but it’s not TERRIBLE. Best enjoyed warm!
Felicia: Thought this was good. The pound cake has a little bit of a crunch to it. The peaches are delicious and the popcorn is some fun texture. Not very sweet which is appreciated.
Allyson: I like the maple flavor, but wish it was stronger. I think the gelato overpowers the maple. Just ok.

Shannon: Based on the name, thought it would be too sweet but it was just the right amount of sweetness. Loved it.
Heather: Hear me out – I don’t taste the blueberry but this beer is very easy to down. Extremely refreshing.
Felicia: Another solid beer at this booth. The fruit is mellowed so the beer is refreshing and easy to drink. Would get in a flight or on its own.
Allyson: Not too fruity or too sweet. Refreshing too. Wish it had a stronger blueberry flavor.

Shannon: Can definitely taste the apricot and maple coming through but not too strong. Light. Loved.
Heather: Another win for me. Smells like maple, tastes like a dream.
Felicia: Strong apricot flavor which is great. It’s a bit sweet so would get it only in a flight. Overall would recommend the Canada beer flight.
Allyson: I’m not an apricot fan, but like this. A little on the creamier side, but I like it.
