France remains a popular pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase, especially thanks to the food and the latest addition of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.
So, yes, the Fleur de Lys booth at Flower & Garden is a busy one. You might want even considering rope dropping the outdoor kitchen, that’s how busy it can get.
The frozen slushy alcoholic beverage continues to remain a favorite, including for us. It certainly tastes wonderful on a hot day.
However, this year’s booth was a major letdown. While there were a few items that weren’t horrible, overall Fleur de Lys was far from one of our favorites.

It’s disappointing to say, because we usually like the France booth, but not this time.

Our Thoughts
Shannon: Yumyumyum. Warm and perfectly melty.
Heather: So very good. Warm, cheesy, and lots of flavor. LOVE!
Felicia: This is pretty good. The herb sauce on top has a nice flavor and the croissant is nice and flaky. There is a goat cheese sauce in the croissant that is good, but would be better if it was all hot.
Allyson: Not the best cheese-filled croissant but it’s also not horrible. The cheese is good and the pastry is nice and flaky.
The Pan Bagnat Classique: The Niçoise Sandwich
The Pan Bagnat Classique, aka The Niçoise Sandwich with House-made bread, Albacore Tuna, Mayonnaise, Tomato, Black Olives, Lettuce and Celery. This is a new 2022 festival item.

Price: $7.00

Rating: 2.7/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Tuna salad fans will love this. Delicious bread, crunchy veggies, and light tuna are a great combo.
Heather: Not a fan of tuna salad but I can say this does NOT smell strongly of tuna, which for a non-tuna fan is good.
Felicia: Don’t care for tuna or mayonnaise and this was essentially canned tuna mixed with mayonnaise and put on a cold bun with tomato and lettuce. Reminds me of something someone would pack in their lunch bag. And tastes like cat food.
Salade de Lentilles à la Lyonnaise: French Green Lentil Salad
Salade de Lentilles à la Lyonnaise is French Green Lentil Salad with Bacon and Garlic Sausage. This is a new 2022 festival item.

Price: $5.50
Special Diets: N/A
Rating: 1.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Generous portion of terrible tasting things.
Heather: I can’t get past the visual of it … so I had to give it a 2. Tastes like it should be warm….but it is cold.
Felicia: Nothing about this is good. The lentils are mushy and gross. It’s served cold. The flavor isn’t good and even the sausage is just meh. Plus it looks like dog food.
Beignet Caramélisé: Caramelized Beignet
Beignet Caramélisé, Fourré Crème Vanille, Glacé au Caramel Fleur de Sel or a Caramelized Beignet filled with Vanilla Cream and Glazed with Caramel Fleur de Sel.

Price: $5.75
Special Diets: N/A
Rating: 2.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: The combo of caramelization and vanilla cream is delicious. Not too sweet but just sweet enough.
Heather: Parts were burnt which made it bitter. Very disappointed.
Felicia: This is kind of like a cream filled donut topped with caramelized sugar. Nothing great about the donut and there is a lot of filling compared to pastry. The caramelized top was burned and tasted like burnt sugar. Not great.
Allyson: Really disappointed in this. And it was actually kind of burnt. Not worth the money or wait.
Kronenbourg Blanc 1664 Draft Beer
1664 Draft Beer is a French wheat beer produced by Kronenbourg Blanc.

Price: $5.00 (6 oz.) / $9.00 (12 oz.)
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3.5/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Yum! What a delightfully light but slightly floral beer.
Heather: Nothing fancy…but a good beer if you just want … a beer.
Felicia: This is a good beer. Slightly sweet but refreshing. Only thing I really liked at the booth and I wouldn’t waste my time waiting in line for it. Easy to find almost anywhere.
Allyson: Just an ok light beer. Nothing fancy.
VeRy Raspberry
VeRy Raspberry is a Rosé Wine with Natural Raspberry Flavor.

Price: $6.00
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 2.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Light, not too sweet.
Heather: Love this. Lovely scent and a great taste!
Felicia: Weird combination of sweet raspberry flavor and overpowering cheap sparkling wine.
Allyson: Way too sweet and I like my rose much drier.
Grand Mimosa Cocktail
This Grand Mimosa Cocktail is made with Grand Marnier, Champagne, and Orange Juice.

Price: $14.00
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 2.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Kind of a regular schmegular mimosa.
Heather: Very tasty! But, it just tastes like a mimosa so nothing too special about it.
Felicia: They somehow made a mimosa bad. Terrible value as well. Don’t get it.
Allyson: A solid mimosa, but wouldn’t waste $14 on this when you can get something much more unique at the festival.
La Vie en Rose Frozen Slushy
The La Vie en Rose Frozen Slushy features Vodka, Grey Goose L’Orange Vodka, St. Germain Liqueur, White and Red Cranberry Juice.

Price: $13.50
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Like the frozen drinks that are so popular in the France pavilion year round, this is a delicious option with a cranberry twist.
Heather: The France pavilion is known for their frozen drinks, and this one is always a hit with my tastebuds!
Felicia: This is very sweet but the flavor overall isn’t bad. Another popular drink that I don’t necessarily think is worth the money.
Allyson: This is nice and refreshing, but also on the sweeter side. Can’t go wrong with Frances’s slushy drinks. But it is on the much pricier side for a drink (and for the amount you get).
