If you find yourself in the America pavilion, aka The American Adventure, you’ll see the Magnolia Terrace booth.
This outdoor kitchen focuses on serving dishes inspired by the bayou and classic comfort food of the American Gulf Coast.
But, you need to take the above statement with a grain of salt, because this booth isn’t one you should waste your money on unless you want a good beer flight.
That’s right, the only thing really worth handing over a wad of cash for is the beer flight. Most of the food isn’t anything special.

Shannon: With so many ingredients, you’d think it would have more flavor. Good portion though.
Felicia: This is a lot of food for the price and the flavor is good. Fairly spicy. Not bad overall.

Felicia: This is spicy and has not much other flavor but somehow tastes dirty. The chicken is gross. Just no.

Heather: Meh. Like. I don’t HATE them.
Felicia: Loved this. The breading is perfectly crispy, the boudin and rice mix in the ball is flavorful and well executed. The creamy sauce has a nice zing. Good overall dish.

Shannon: Super sweet praline but with the consistency of sand. Why.
Heather: I only gave it 2 because of the pecans.
Felicia: This is good. Strong pecan flavor and tastes like brown sugar and butter. Hard to eat and messy, though. And very sweet.
Allyson: This is literally straight sugar. That is all.

Allyson: Overly sweet and tastes artificial. Not a fan at all.

Felicia: The orange coriander flavor is good and it’s a light wheat. Loved this in the flight.
Allyson: This is a refreshing wheat beer. Not my favorite, since I wish it had more of a citrus flavor, but still good.

Shannon: One of the best IPAs I’ve had. Really light and refreshing.
Heather: Double IPAs are the jam. They give you flavor without tasting pretentious.
Felicia: Very good for an IPA. Smoother than most and the hoppy flavor is relatively mellow. Liked this.
Allyson: Loooove this. Definitely my favorite beer at this booth. Yum!
