The Brew-Wing booth is one of several new booths joining Food & Wine in 2021.
This marketplace offers chicken wings, flatbreads, and assorted beers and ciders.
You can find this newest addition inside the Odyssey Events Pavilion (between Test Track and the Mexico Pavilion), where the Walt Disney Imagineering Presents the Epcot Experience is located.
Being inside and near the Epcot Experience is a great location, especially on a hot summer day. Plus, the Epcot Experience is a cool attraction that shows guests all of the changes coming to the park in the near future.
But, although the location is great, the food isn’t anything special or unique.
The beverages have a bit more to offer. Our personal favorite was the Watermelon Dragonfruit Session Sour, so definitely give that a try!
If you want to eat your wings and celery with ranch, make sure to grab some packets from the booth before heading to your table. The ranch isn’t served with the food.
Also, in September, the booth added a Plant-Based option — crispy Brussel sprouts with buffalo sauce! It’s a nice addition for those who don’t eat wings or aren’t in the mood for pizza.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Brew-Wing booth, including reviews, photos, and our must-trys.

Rating: 3/5
Our Thoughts

Cheese Flatbread
A basic flatbread pizza topped with tomato sauce and cheese.
Price: $9.00
Special Diets: Kid friendly
Rating: 2.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Generous size, basic taste.
Heather: With so many other amazing items at Food and Wine, this isn’t something I’d make a special stop for unless you are traveling with a picky eater.
Felicia: I would not order this here, but good option for kids and unadventurous palates.
Allyson: This is your typical cheese flatbread. Nothing spectacular and similar to what you find at Pinocchio’s Village Haus. I wouldn’t waste my money on this at a Food & Wine festival when there are many other options.
Pepperoni Flatbread

Price: $9.50
Special Diets: Kid friendly
Rating: 3/5

Brussel Sprouts

Price: $5.00
Special Diets: Plant-Based
Rating: Coming soon!
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Coming soon!
Heather: Coming soon!
Felicia: Absolutely delicious. The Brussel sprouts are cooked just enough so that they still have a crunch to them. The Buffalo sauce is balanced out by the creamy sauce and bleu cheese. Hard to believe the bleu cheese is plant based.
Allyson: As a vegetarian, this was amazing! I love Brussel sprouts and these were very good. I’m not someone who likes a lot of heat and spice, but the buffalo sauce was just right and the creamy sauce was also a nice touch. Makes for a great meal or if you want to share with someone!
Pineapple Vibes Blonde Ale
An easy-drinking blonde ale with subtle hints of pineapple. Brewed by Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company of Orlando, FL.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.

Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 2.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Bland flavor, no pineapple flavor coming through.
Heather: Light and refreshing with citrus touches. I liked it!
Felicia: Mild and refreshing blonde ale. The pineapple flavor does not come through strongly but it adds a nice flavor.
Allyson: This has a bit of a hop to it, like an IPA. There’s also not much pineapple flavor. It’s not super sweet, which is nice.
Groveland Road Blood Orange IPA
An American-style IPA fermented with blood orange puree brewed by Central 28 Beer Company of DeBary, FL.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Price: $5.00 (6 oz.) / $9.00 (12 oz.)
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Mild flavor, but wanted more to come through.
Heather: Bit of a bite, can definitely smell the orange! It’s good, but I like the others better.
Felicia: A relatively hoppy beer that doesn’t have much blood orange flavor. Would not be my go-to in warm weather.
Allyson: I’m not an IPA fan, but I really liked this. Definitely recommend if you’re an IPA lover.
Wicked Weed Brewing Watermelon Dragonfruit Session Sour
A fruity, sour beer brewed with watermelon and dragonfruit by Wicked Weed Brewing of Asheville, NC.

Heather: Honestly, smells like a Jolly Rancher and tastes like yum!
Felicia: Refreshing and delicious fruit beer. Not too sweet, not too sour, and the watermelon flavor was just enough.
Allyson: Don’t worry, for a sour this isn’t sour. It’s very refreshing and has great flavor. It’s also not overpowering with watermelon.
Bold Rock Honeycrisp Hard Cider

Rating: 3.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: If apple pie was a cider, it would be this.
Heather: Smells like fall…but it’s hot outside so my mouth got confused.
Felicia: I liked this for a cider. It has a spice that reminds me of fall and pairs well with the apple flavor.
Allyson: Has more of a cinnamon flavor, but it’s not too overpowering and tasty.
Apple Lantern Roasted Pumpkin Hard Cider
A mildly sweet roasted pumpkin flavored cider made by Blake’s Hard Cider Co. of Armada, MI.
