This is yet another new booth debuting at the 2021 Food & Wine Festival. And what a name — The Swanky Saucy Swine!
You can find The Swanky Saucy Swine near Disney Traders, which is in the World Showcase entrance on the side towards Mexico.
They serve up dishes here that are all about pork (pork rinds, sticky ribs, crispy pig ear salad). You can also purchase wine, beer, and cocktails.
This wasn’t one of our favorite booths, but there are a few good choices, like the Bourbon Bloody Mary.
Not only do you get your money’s worth with this cocktail, but the presentation is great, too. It comes in a cup that you can take home as a souvenir without paying a lot for an actual souvenir cup (which can be expensive).
Here’s everything you need to know about the Swanky Saucy Swine booth, including reviews, photos, and our must-trys.

Photos & Reviews
Crispy Barbecue Pork Rinds
Crispy pork rinds flavored with barbecue seasoning and served with a pimento cheese dip.
Price: $4.75
Special Diets: Gluten-friendly
Rating: 2.7/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Pork rinds are ok, but pimento cheese dip has a delicious flavor.
Heather: I like the pimento cheese…but as a first-time pork rind eater, I’m hesitant to commit to liking anything further.
Felicia: The pork rinds are crispy and fresh but the cheese dip is a little watery and has a weird seafood flavor to me.
Roasted Porchetta
Roasted porchetta, which is a pork roast wrapped with pork belly, topped with a lemon-parsley salsa verde and served with pork-fat roasted rosemary potatoes.
Price: $6.25
Special Diets: Gluten friendly
Rating: 2.7/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Rosemary flavors not coming through very strongly, kinda bland.
Heather: Tastes like a Sunday dinner. Except it is Thursday today. I don’t want Sunday dinner…I want Thursday FUN!
Felicia: The pork was decent and not too dry and the sauce tasted very fresh. The potatoes aren’t anything special but aren’t bad. Overall. just meh.
Soy-glazed Sticky Ribs
Pork ribs glazed with a sticky soy sauce and topped with green onions and peanuts.
Price: $7.00
Special Diets: N/A
Rating: 3.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Decent flavor – and if you get some of the pepper seeds in your bite, a bit of a kick, too.
Heather: Good flavor, but man if you hit a pepper – WATCH OUT!
Felicia: This tasted delicious with a slightly sweet flavor, but it’s difficult to eat so I probably wouldn’t order it again.
Crispy Pig Ear Salad
A salad made with crispy pig ear, fire roasted tomatillo sauce, pickled red onions, queso fresco, roasted corn salsa, and avocado cream.
Price: $5.25
Special Diets: Gluten-friendly
Rating: 3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Name may scare many away, but presentation is nice and flavors blend together nicely.
Heather: No.
Felicia: If you aren’t bothered by the idea of eating pig ears, this is surprisingly tasty. The accompaniments are delicious together and overshadow (for me) the fact I’m eating pig ear.
SIPS Pinot Noir Black Currant Sour
A fruited sour beer made with wine grapes and black currant brewed by Parish Brewing Co. of Broussard, LA.
Price: 6oz. $5.00 / 12oz. $9.00
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Not super sour, nice Pinot noir flavor comes through.
Heather: Light, easy to drink, sour-ish, chuggable if you are into that kind of thing.
Felicia: I wanted to really like this but it’s a little syrupy and not very sour. It’s fine, but not great.
Allyson: For a sour, this isn’t super sour by any means. But, it has a stronger wine flavor. I’m not a wine person, so this definitely isn’t my favorite, but has a good flavor.
Rombauer Zinfandel
An intense, medium to full-bodied red zinfandel from Rombauer Vineyards in California.
Price: $9.50
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 2.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: People who enjoy red wine will like this, though not refreshing in the Florida heat
Heather: It’s ok. I mean, it’s fresh. Pairs well with the food. I guess.
Felicia: An easy to drink but slightly sweet red wine. I love it but wouldn’t want to drink it in the heat.
Allyson: Wine isn’t my favorite and neither is this. I wouldn’t try this again. But, if you like wine, you’ll probably like this.
Bourbon Bloody Mary
A Bloody Mary made with Labrot & Graham Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey.
Price: $11.00
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Generous size, cup can be a souvenir, very smoky flavor comes through.
Heather: Tastes like V8 and I love V8!
Felicia: Delicious Bloody Mary. The bourbon doesn’t come through too strongly and the Bloody Mary mix isn’t too tomato-y.
