Hosted by CORKCICLE this year, the Shimmering Sips booth is the spot for anyone who wants a sweet treat and/or mimosas.
The booth is located towards the Canada pavilion in the Showcase Plaza (near Port of Entry). It’s a busy area and sometimes has a long line, so keep that in mind.
If you like mimosas, then this is the booth for you. You can also find ice cream and a plant-based banana bread option for those in need of a sweet.
There are definitely hits and misses here, but some good choices for those who like sweeter things and fruitier drinks.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Shimmering Sips booth, including reviews, photos, and our must-trys.

Shimmering Strawberry Soft-Serve
Traditional strawberry flavored soft-serve ice cream served in a waffle cone and topped with shimmering glitter sprinkles.
Price: $5.25
Special Diets: Kid friendly
Rating: 3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Pretty but pretty basic strawberry cone.
Heather: Strawberry and basic (like me).
Felicia: Refreshing strawberry soft serve, but it melts very quickly so ask for a cup if you get it.
Allyson: I loved this. Great flavor and refreshing. So good.
Banana Bread
A dense banana bread topped with a sweet mixed berry compote and whipped cream.
Price: $4.50
Special Diets: Plant-based
Rating: 3.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Excellent for a plant-based option.
Heather: It’s a little grainy but it is a good plant based option. Ally likes it so I think that it is pretty swell, too.
Felicia: I’m not a fan of banana bread, but I thought this was delicious. The berry compote is tart and complements the bread well.
Allyson: As a vegetarian, I think this a great choice and super yummy. Not too heavy either.
Tropical Mimosa
Sparkling wine mixed with a tropical blend of passion fruit, orange, and guava juices.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Price: $6.25
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Pretty basic mimosa but with a slight tropical twist.
Heather: Tastes the most like a “traditional” mimosa. I drank some.
Felicia: If you like POG juice from ‘Ohana, this is the mimosa for you. Delicious and refreshing.
Allyson: This is nice and refreshing with good tropical flavor.
Key Lime Mimosa
A tart Key lime sparkling wine mixed with white cranberry juice.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Price: $6.25
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 2/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Sweet Tart in a cup. Too sweet.
Heather: My favorite of all of the mimosas. But, it is super sweet. So skip if you don’t like sweet.
Felicia: Somehow this tastes just like apple juice to me. It’s syrupy and nothing like Key lime.
Allyson: Not my favorite out of all the mimosas. Has too much of a wine taste for me.
Blood Orange Mimosa
Sparkling wine mixed with a sweet blood orange juice.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Price: $6.25
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Thick and not as flavorful as expected.
Heather: Maybe a no. It isn’t so great but not terrible. It’s a strong “meh”.
Felicia: This has a lot of juice and taste just like plain orange juice to me. Not my favorite but would be good for people that like mimosas.
Allyson: It’s on the thicker side, but really flavorful and has a nice punch to it. I really like this.
