The Italy booth is where you can find a couple of food options and 11 different beverages.
The Italy booth is one of the more popular marketplaces, and it always has a long line. But, don’t let that fool you.
Unfortunately, this booth is just OK and doesn’t offer anything you can’t make at home or get at an Italian-themed restaurant.
If after reading the reviews below you still want to check it out, you’ll find it located just outside the Italy pavilion.
If you’re entering from Germany, it will be on your right. If you enter from America, you’ll walk a few more steps to find it on your left.
While some of the drinks are good, many of the options are overpriced. If you’re not an adventurous eater, this might be the booth for you. But, we definitely recommend eating and drinking elsewhere.

Shannon: Usually love fried ravioli, but found this pretty bland.
Heather: It was tasty but not “special”. Tastes like the freezer section.
Felicia: Frozen fried ravioli with jarred red sauce. At a 1,000% markup.
Allyson: This is nothing spectacular and I wouldn’t go out of my way to order these. Average Italian dish.
Ravioli
Grilled chicken stuffed ravioli with alfredo sauce, Romano cheese, and prezzemolo (or parsley).

Shannon: Chicken in the ravioli was so strange. Didn’t love the flavor of this.
Heather: If you spent a lot of time waiting in the line, and you need protein because your body is weak, do it. Otherwise? Not worth the high price tag.
Felicia: Bland ravioli filled with bland chicken topped with bland Alfredo. Waste of time and money.
Bomboloni
Italian donut filled with cream, covered in powdered sugar, and topped with raspberry sauce.

Heather: Tastes like something I could get from the freezer section.
Felicia: This is a fine cream filled mini donut with a little bit of raspberry sauce. Not worth the money.
Allyson: They had these during Festival of the Arts and they taste much better during Food & Wine. They weren’t hard, but soft and tasty. That said, not worth $11.

Shannon: Really delicious. Fruity juice taste. Mix it up to taste the Prosecco.
Heather: I can taste juice…but I can’t detect any alcohol so I feel like I’m being lied to.
Felicia: Tastes like pineapple, mango, and orange juice with extra sugar added and no alcohol.
Allyson: Tastes like juice and goes down easy, but $11? Not sure it’s worth that.
Italian Red Sangria

Shannon: Normally like red sangria, but this didn’t taste anything like sangria.
Heather: Great juicy flavor….but if there is wine in here, I can’t taste it.
Felicia: Just tastes like fruit juice and sugar, no alcohol. Don’t recommend.
Allyson: Just your typical sangria, but great flavor. Also, the price comes into play majorly. $11 is a lot for a tiny cup.
Italian Margarita
A sweet and tart cocktail made with tequila and limoncello.

Shannon: This was one of the best drinks at this booth. Nice tartness. Not too strong.
Heather: This is the only kind of margarita I’ll ever drink.
Felicia: This tastes like lemonade. Couldn’t taste much alcohol. Another overpriced item.
Allyson: I’m not a tequila person, but I actually really liked this. The lemonade helped dilute the tequila taste.
Peroni Pilsner
Peroni Pilsner has been the best selling Italian lager for over 150 years and is known for being a crisp and refreshing beer.

Felicia: Not a unique choice but a solid beer, especially when it’s hot.
