The Canada booth (located inside the Canada pavilion) is usually a fan-favorite at Food & Wine (and at pretty much every other Epcot festival, too).
But, at Food & Wine, it’s the Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup (like the one you can get at Le Cellier) that has most guests coming back for more.
All that said, the Canada marketplace didn’t impress us this year at all. None of the food items were standouts and the drinks, well, they were just ok and nothing to rave about. This is one long line you can avoid.
Here’s everything you can find at the booth including reviews, photos, and our must-trys.

Overview
Location: Near the Canada Pavilion
Nearby booths: Refreshment Port, Appleseed Orchard, Australia, Shimmering Sips
Nearby seating areas: inside the Canada Pavilion at the exit of the theater where Canada Far and Wide in Circle-Vision 360 plays (when coming from the entrance, there are tables through the doors to the left of the cash registers), outdoor seating area with a range of tables (some with umbrellas) by Earth Eats and close to Starbucks
Not to miss: Nothing is a standout here, including the Canadian Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup (it just wasn’t that impressive)

Canadian Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Soup
Similar to the popular soup that is served inside of Le Cellier restaurant, the Food and Wine version is paired with a pretzel roll.
Price: $5.75
Special Diets: N/A
Rating: 2.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Cheese soup and pretzel rolls used to be a fave in Canada. This didn’t live up to it this time.
Heather: This has the consistency of a cheese pudding which may sound good but IRL is kinda icky. And salty.
Felicia: This has great flavor but is not well executed. The pretzel bread is dry and cool. The soup isn’t very hot and rather thick. Better for cold weather.
Le Cellier Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon
This is a smaller portion of the same filet that is served inside of Le Cellier restaurant and is topped with a truffle-butter sauce.
Price: $8.75
Special Diets: Gluten friendly
Rating: 2.7/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Disappointed in this. Some flavor in sauce but overall pretty bland.
Heather: I’m so sad because the majority of the flavor is in the sauce, so if you take a bite without it you may be disappointed.
Felicia: This needs salt. The portion we received was cooked medium well which is more than I like. The mushrooms were fine. Feel like it has great potential, but difficult to execute well at a booth.
Collective Arts Audio/Visual Lager
A crisp and refreshing lager brewed by Collective Arts Brewing in Hamilton, Canada.
Price: $5.00 (6 oz) / $9.00 (12 oz)
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Very light, refreshing.
Heather: Hoppy lager. With some hints of citrus. Citrus hinted beer is fantastic on hot days.
Felicia: This isn’t as smooth as a normal lager, it’s a little hoppy. Not bad though.
Allyson: Has kind of a hop to it, similar to an IPA. It’s also on the lighter side for a beer. Overall, just ok.
Château des Charmes Cabernet-Merlot Old Vines
A red wine made with a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes that have been aged in French oak barrels for 15 months.
Price: $7.00
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 2.5/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Don’t often enjoy red wines in the heat, but this is a very nice, light option.
Heather: I didn’t hate it.
Felicia: It’s a fine red wine.
Allyson: Nope. I didn’t like this at all. I’m also not a wine person.
