Welcome to the China booth, located alongside the water of the World Showcase Lagoon in the China pavilion.
This is where you can try popular Chinese plates, mango bubble milk tea, and, of course, draft beer and cocktails.
Overall, the food items were a miss here. As for the drinks, well, they also weren’t the greatest. The booth was a bit disappointing. But, there are also specific flavors used in each item that may appeal to your taste buds.
Be sure to also keep in mind that some drinks are expensive (and way overpriced for what you get). But, if you’re looking for a tasty beverage without alcohol, the bubble milk tea is a good choice!
Here’s everything you need to know about the China booth, including reviews, photos, and our must-trys.

Photos and Reviews
Pan-Fried Chicken Dumplings
A dish consisting of pan-fried chicken dumplings with house-made sweet and spicy sauce.
Price: $5.00
Special Diets: N/A
Rating: 2.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Two dumplings with strange texture. Wouldn’t order again.
Heather: Why is this so chewy?
Felicia: Just an average dumpling. It’s fine but nothing special.
ZiRan Beef Bao Bun
A ZiRan Beef Bao Bun with grilled beef and cumin.
Price: $7.25
Special Diets: N/A
Rating: 3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Small portion, bland flavor, chewy texture.
Heather: Really nice portion size and the meat is really tender. Tiny bit of spice but the bun is soft and the perfect complement to the meat.
Felicia: The beef has a taco seasoning flavor and bun is weirdly sweet and dry. Didn’t care for this.
Crispy Fried Pepper Shrimp
Crispy-fried pepper shrimp served with spicy sichuan noodles.
Price: $7.50
Special Diets: N/A
Rating: 3.5/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Two pieces of shrimp with spicy noodles. Noodles are better than the shrimp. Nice kick on the spice.
Felicia: The noodles and shrimp have a nice heat to it, but both the noodles and shrimp are gummy and don’t taste fresh. I would give the flavor a 4 and the texture a 2.
Mango Bubble Milk Tea
A non-alcoholic mango bubble milk tea that consists of assam black tea, whole milk, and mango syrup.
Price: $7.25
Made with Alcohol?: No
Rating: 3.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Fantastic non-alcoholic option. Good size, cute cup, delicious flavors. Didn’t taste the mango, but felt like there was more of a floral taste.
Heather: Tastes like egg nog without the egg or nog and with a hint of mango. Now that I think of it, it doesn’t taste like egg nog at all but it is good.
Felicia: This was surprisingly good. The black tea flavor is strong, in a good way. It’s a little sweet and milky for me to want to drink in the heat, but it’s pretty good.
Allyson: It’s just too milky and a tiny bit sweet. I also don’t like the tea flavor. Not much of a mango flavor.
ByeJoe Punch
An alcoholic drink called the “ByeJoe Punch” made up of Chinese BaiJiu spirit, lychee syrup, soda water, and piña colada mix.
Price: $11.75
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 1.5/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Super strong alcohol taste, without any expected piña colada flavors coming through.
Heather: The only thing good is that you can ALMOST smell the piña colada mix. Too bad you can’t taste it.
Felicia: Like all of the mixed drinks at this booth, this is sweet and thick. It has a nice subtle piña colada flavor but I wouldn’t order this.
Allyson: I don’t like any of the flavors. It has a specific taste for a specific palate. Very strong.
Dragonfly
Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Absolut Vodka, orange juice, and mango syrup make up this alcoholic Dragonfly drink.
Price: $13.95
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 1/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Not good. Don’t do it.
Heather: I honestly thought I only had to drink tequila drinks at the Mexico pavilion but now you tell me I have to drink it here? No.
Felicia: This tastes like cheap liquor and fruit juice. Wouldn’t recommend for even people that like fruity drinks.
Allyson: I’m not a big tequila fan and I don’t like this. Very strong.
Kung Fu Master
The Kung Fu Master is an alcoholic beverage made with Absolut Vodka, Triple Sec, mango syrup, and orange juice.
Price: $13.50
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3.5/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Not a bad drink but a very basic OJ/vodka option.
Heather: Definitely can taste the Triple Sec. Very strong. Even though it is expensive, it’s a decent value but basically a Fuzzy Navel.
Felicia: This isn’t bad. It’s sweet with a lot of fruit juice, which I think some will enjoy more than I do. Definitely has a strong mango and orange flavor. I wouldn’t order it but think it’s good for someone looking for a basic fruity cocktail.
Allyson: This was my favorite. It has good flavor, a nice citrus taste and not too strong of an alcohol flavor. Very good. Similar to a Fuzzy Navel.
Jasmine Draft Beer
This Jasmine Draft Beer is brewed locally in Florida and is an unfiltered wheat beer.
Price: $5.00 (6 oz) / $8.50 (12 oz)
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 2.5/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Small size, light flavor, missing much of the jasmine taste.
Heather: Fantastic beer colored water. Too bad it doesn’t have a beer taste.
Felicia: Very drinkable lager. Not worth stopping for but a solid beer choice, especially for the hot weather.
Allyson: I’m a big beer drinker, but I don’t like this. No flavor.
